Motability car petrol rip off

Took my car for mot at aberdare Ford.the car had no petrol so I gave them ten pounds to put petrol so they could deliver car back to me. I live just under 20 miles away it’s a service motability cars get and one Ford offers. My car turned up empty no petrol in it not a drop so the spare In the tank gone too. I asked for the recipt and for a few weeks they kept saying yes it’s been posted out. Then the guy that bought my car back to me rang to say ; I went the wrong way so yes I used all the petrol up then shouted at me for asking for a receipt saying I never charged you for bringing car back and normally we charge 40 pound. He continued the recipt is in the car. The recipt was not in the car and even if he had driven the wrong way the way he said then my car would still have her reserve still in it. It would seem that no petrol was put in and they could not give me a receipt. They made their excuses rudely. I found this garage to be unhelpful rude and unprofessional.
