Terrible experience!

I received a phonecall from this dealership while I was busy working. I found the salesperson rather pushy. I refuse to give credit card details over the phone! I later paid my deposit online. The manager emailed me that evening, with an implied request for feedback. When I responded, he refused to do business with me. After returning my deposit, it was difficult for me to get the dealership to explain why. I understand if somebody else came along for the same car then one of us must miss out, but not why they refuse to do business at all. After a while, they implied it was the way I spoke to and behaved towards their staff. This was off the back of just one phonecall, which they made to me (being pushy),. Given this was my only ever conversation, and I have never visited the dealership, I feel this cannot hold any water. I am very disappointed by the way I have been treated by this dealer,
