Terrible Terrible experience and service!! Would not buy a car from them ever again! Purchased through Scott Bradley and the car was delivered dirty inside with dog hairs, marks and grease on seats. Mark on the outside which we were told was sorted. A terrible creaking noise which was unbearable. Took to our local Audi dealer and it was the sunroof. They managed to sort but Audi in Tyneside took ages to pay it! All Of this should have been checked before they sold me the car. Scott agreed to pay for the inside to be valeted and have the mark outside fixed. Chased him over and over for this. Finally, after several chasing emails they agreed to pay £100 towards both. I sent my bank details over on 31st October and i still haven’t received the money. Just shocking the entire experience. First time owning an Audi and will be my last time!!
