Recalls

Most unhelpful. They have known of my car needing recall work since March but use excuse parts not in yet. 3 outstanding recalls since March...what a joke. Then to be told you getting it done for free so why complain, just get it done under warranty instead. It's recall so why should I claim on warranty or pay myself. I can get parts myself in under 7days from USA. One Recall part required has now failed so car unusable,. Well done would highly NOT recommend.
