Absolutely excellent!

I don’t know anything about cars. Well, I know the basics that they need to go forwards, backwards, and are as cheap to run as possible. But the most important thing for me though is that the car is safe and as reliable as possible. As I always buy second cars, as new ones lose so much in value so quickly, when I do have to buy a car the essential thing for me is who I am buying it from. I think a lot of people think like this, especially when there are lots of people selling cars who are not as honest as you’d like them to be, and most of us know very little about gears, oil and steering wheels. So a couple of weeks ago, I found a car that fitted my needs at JA Autos, which was on Autotrader. The video of the car that was on the site was great - it showed all the bits that needed pointing out, good commentary and detail - honesty from the start, like it. I called up and spoke to Alan, really nice chap. I went to see him, and see the car. Car was fine, no problems. Best of all, Alan (the boss) was great, really lovely. He ran me though everything, answered all my questions about HPIs etc, showed me all the paperwork, the history etc. I freely admitted I know nothing about cars, and he happily let me know the other questions I should have asked and gave me the answers to those too! Brilliant! I had a good feeling about him from the start. He has been at his current showroom premises for 20 years, been dealing cars longer than that. His desk is full of awards for selling cars / local business awards etc. A good family man, just wants to run a good business, no hassles. He said he would have the car fully serviced, and MOTed, even put in a tank of diesel. Also a 3 month warranty. So really nothing to worry about - of course, any car can have a problem at any time, but I really feel any risk has been mitigated by buying from JA Autos. Great communications the whole way through, really easy for me, a lovely experience. Alan was very pleasant, friendly and professional, can’t recommend him or JA Autos enough. My son will need a car in the next couple of years, and I am more than happy to go back to Alan to ask him to find me a nice little run around for him. I would trust Alan to get a safe car for my son, I think that says it all. A brilliant and honest car dealer. Thanks Alan, really appreciate all your help with this car.
