I log book

Purchased our car 3 months ago still no log book. I have called three times trying to sort the problem and have now been told that it must of been lost in post and that I will have to pay the £25 fee to get another. No offer to even at least pay half as It’s not my fault that I haven’t received it ( upon calling dvsa with the green slip I find out that they gave my not the most recent log book slip either) but also if they did sent the logbook and it’s has been lost then it’s not there’s either(if that is true I will never know) but just as good customer service the offer to contribute to at least half would of been the exact customer service that anyone would expect. But all I got was some smug man being very polite basically saying no as he knows there isn’t really anything I could do about it but pay the ££ myself. And at the end of the call I get….. now do call again if there is anything else I can help with! That being said the car I have had no problems with at all but once the sale is done. Don’t expect any good service from these as it’s the money they want and after that the door and friendly service closes.
