Where have they gone?

Bought a car from them just before they went bust. Very disappointed they didn’t tell be they were on the skids but conned me into buying a 3 year warranty including 2 MOTs. I am seeking legal advice about the misselling of this as I was only trying to support local businesses. I feel i have been duped. Especially the car has developed a fault!
