5 star service from start to finish

Car broke down on A167 Sunday lunchtime. Recovery vehicle arrived after 15 minutes, thanks to Margaret who took the call & Carl who came to our rescue to take us to their garage then even gave us a lift home. The next day we were given a detailed list of how poorly our car was so we visited Alan in the Sales who recognised me as I sold my car to him 2 weeks earlier. Told Alan what we were looking for and, as usual, got very helpful advice. We found a car we liked and Alan sorted all the paperwork out. He's even going to sort out paperwork for getting our private plates put on. Again one of the lads gave us a lift home. 2 days later we have our car which to now we are very happy with. Immaculate inside and out. Very well done to all the Team. Margaret, Carl, Julie, the Mechanic, Alan & the 'elf' who was our chauffeur. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend.
