Faulty Car and wont answer.
Bought a car, Was fraudulently MOT'd with a broken Exhaust, which failed the MOT the day before it was sold to me, they got the MOT station to cable tie my exhaust up, hoping i wouldn't find out. Falsely advertised the car to have certain features which it does not. Air Con needs re gassing. Told it comes with 6 months warranty and are refusing to pay the quote from BMW themselves for the repairs on the Exhaust and Air con Regassing. Now won't answer any calls or emails whatsoever. Only communication was for me to book in with their garage (The one that fraudulently passed it and bodged the exhaust in the first place) and to repair my exhaust with a used part bought from Ebay! Dodgiest company ever. Have now reported MOT station and MOT tester to DVSA. Reported to Motors Ombudsman and Legal action is now being taken against the garage. Finance company have also been notified to not do business with this garage again. ALSO STILL WAITIG ON MY LOGBOOK AND CAR WAS BOUGHT 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!! They just ignore you evrerytime i mention it! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!
