Bought a used Honda from Vertu Sunderland. It was supposed to have full service history and to be supplied with full MOT and a full service. The full service was just an oil and filter change. We had to change both air filters because they were blocked. All four tyres were cracked all the way round in 4 beads on each tyre. They were hard and dry. We had the tyres independently checked by 2 specialists and they said that, though legal, the MOT should have listed them as advisories. There were no advisories on the MOT. Dealer won't offer any compensation for the tyres but offered both filters if the car was left with them for at least a full day. We'd already bought them so this is no use and why a whole day to change filters ( a 5 minute job)? This would mean time off work as we are not local and they refused to let us take it to our local Vertu Honda dealer.
