Bad Attitude.

Went today to look at a vehicle, as it happens the car was nice and possibly what I was looking for, the salesman (?) spoke to me like something he had just scraped off his shoe. I walked away really quickly. Later in the afternoon I rung him to ask why he had spoken to me that way to be told "yes its just the terminology we use" he issued a vague kind of apology. Its a wonder he manages to sell anything to be honest.
