Brilliant service

Me and the missus only went to have a look at the cars, but ended up buying a C Class. This was mainly due to the brilliant and unrushed service we received from their sales exec, Thomas Oborne. I don't like being pressured into buying anything but Thomas was excellent in helping us find the right car for us and our budget. He was very patient, knowledgeable and above all very calm and friendly. I highly recommend his customer service style and I dare say, if more were like him, Mercedes will be selling more cars!
