Gill Glasgow went above a beyond to ensure that we were able to purchase the car of our choice. We were informed reqularly on the progression of our purchase and she gladly stayed outside of working hours to ensure we could test drive the car. Even with a few issues (no fault of VW newbury), they were sorted out efficiently and appropriately.
