14 weeks without my van

Does anyone out there want to buy a Renault trafic van?? Think again as I am a sole trader with a racked out & sign written van! Reported oil consumption from 2 month old! Been without my van 14weeks? Granted got their parts van however not fit for purchase as no rack system, roof rack or pipe carrier? They broke my engine as making a racket when collected first time! No MDs uk replied to any email twice? Took email to MD big boss to get a reply which was a waste of time as offered £200 gesture! £14/ week joke! Moved tools from van to van numerous times so business costs incurred! I would never recommend Renault to anyone in any trade in any country as their customer service is despicable! The email today from a senior person in Renault said if I’m not happy with the offer of £200 then go to the MOTORING OMBUDSMAN obviously I will! Also on previous occasions I’ve been given an electric Zoe to work out? 3mtr copper pipe don’t fit in a Zoe?? Hopefully this hits home somewhere??
