ok but not great

When I was looking for a car, service was great but aftercare not so good and took a while to sort things out and then another problem 5 mths later didnt want to know but then seemed to know what the problem could be, I just feel garage dont want to know after you have it even though you have rights etc, but happy bunch when you are looking, just puts me off garages like this.
