Keep away
The car i purchase broke down on the way home ,adrian said his mechanic would come & look at it once back from holiday .i ended up replacing the ECU ,the car broke down again near the M1 which i'd just come off ,this time it was the Alternator needed replaceing . luckerly i was with the AA who took me home 9pm ,i lost 2 weeks of work . Adrian is a sales man he does not know about engines , when i told him i would contact Trading standards he said he had been there 3 times before ,he had told me the car was taxed untill June (when buying the car) i looked on the DVLA web site it was taxed untill June which clinched the sale .but it got cancelled the day i purchased the car ,so i had been driving around with no road tax .he offered me £115 compansation ,i said i was going to trading standards ,all the time we are talking in his yard the car is not taxed he knows ,but i have not discovered it yet . I tell him i am going to trading standards & he says no £115 if i go to trading standards .
