Very low customer service

Very big liers these people from Audi Lowestoft. Specifically Alex Marsh and the “big “manager Stephen Gowing which had the guts to tell me not to send emails anymore. I bought an A8 Audi Approved 1,5 years ago. We had some issues with the tyres which were really worn. They didn’t want to replace them . I escalate this problem to Ombudsman, waited 1 year to sort it out and finally they had to pay for my tyres. Now I discovered there is some problem with the EGR . They say again this in not covered by the warranty and they can not cover the costs . I thing these are the only words the know. Shitty service , very poor customer service and very impolite people. Don’t let yourself be fooled by these people . They do everything untill they sell you the car, after that all they say is “ not covered by the warranty “ and “ not willing to cover the costs”! A bunch of thieves and disrespectful people after I paid £33.000 cash for the car.
