Sold the car we were test driving

I booked an appointment to view a car, when we arrived the sales man was busy so sent us on a test drive with a junior staff member, when we got back we were asked to wait in the reception area as the salesman was still busy, waited about 15 minutes only for the salesman to walk over and say 'sorry the cars been reserved on line you can't have it'. If this how you treat all your customers i can't see a future for this salesman he was called Scott. Bought two cars from them in the past one having an array of issues, we will not be back that's for sure.
