Still awaiting a call back

After highlighting that I had a quote of £180 for some work and then being charged £283 , I queried why ,to be told I would have a call back to explain ,which didn’t happen. I then went into the service centre and again didn’t receive an explanation why I was quoted £180 then charged £283 . I then wrote a review of 1* which within 15 mins I received a call from the service manager !!! After explains my situation he assured me that he would investigate (and could do so as all calls are recorded) and then he would come back to me - he hasn’t !!!
