This bunch clearly have the moral and ethical compass, lower than a snakes belly, They exploited my situation (maybe that's their business model) but even then, the car sold was overpriced, riddled with faults (ECU diagnosed faults day 5 of ownership, and a finance company nominated engineer report confirming faults known and more. Lies after lies, and a coward they call the Director who won't deal with people his staff rip off. Good business? No , but you may just find that you've done this, one too many times. Let's see what civil proceedings yield. I would avoid this shambles of a company like the plague with covid
