Amazing service

Took my Nissan Juke for its service and MOT. Only had the car a year. It failed and with major work needed. The team could see I was visibly upset and stepped in. In short the car was un-drivable. The service team also explained everything that had gone wrong, provided costs and helped me make some sensible decision. I explained my concerns, needs and wishes and James, not only my stepped up but worked so hard to find me a new car. The management team and James worked hard to ensure I found a car that was big enough for me needs ( I’m a wheelchair user) but that was economical and trustworthy. I cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for me over the last few days. Today I drove my new car and I am so so happy. It is everything I want and need. Great service from all. Well done
