Run by dodgy Eastern European that knows little about cars So the landrover discovery had every liquid level low when I drove 6 hrs to see it. He didn't even know that one reservoir was split in 2 so different fluids. He was reluctant to update the mot so it had 12 months as advertised on auto trader. It was also advertised to have 3 months warranty which it didn't. When you arrive you see all the 'approved BY RAC' signs everywhere. When question about it he said that the guy who rented this area off him before was approved not him! So I drove the car back to Cornwall and arrived back to the near side rear brake smoking as it was binding. Then a month later the fuel pump went on the landrover to which after 10 days he still had not replied and when he did he wanted me to have it transported 6 hours to him to have a look at it. As it's a simple job I said I would pay for the labour if he paid for the part only £89.96 ex vat. The job was done in around 30 mins and I could then use the vehicle again after having to borrow cars over nearly 2 weeks. I then chased payment to which he said he need a vat receipt in the company name which I provided him with. He then said it would take his accountant 2 weeks to pay.... after to weeks I gave him one last chance to refund what is due before I make everyone aware about how you are conning people. So here we are hoping that you reading this review will not take the gamble like I did as he is nothing more than a private doggy car salesman with no warranty to back issues up.
