Not to be trusted

Left out major part of service, told me it wasn't necessary despite their own systems from Mazda telling them to do it. Despite owner's handbook saying to do it. Knowingly falsified the service record. Only got the service finished a week later after I chased them on it. When Mazda asked for feedback I was honest about being disappointed. Apparently Rockingham don't like honesty as their MD contacted me, called me a liar, told me I'm welcome to go elsewhere and suggested I go see him in person if I have anything more to say. All before asking my side of the story. Have previously been a customer for decades. Worst customer experience ever. No respect for customers or the condition of their cars. Not to be trusted, and neither is the service record of any cars they've worked on.
