The staff in this dealership are brilliant when you want to buy a brand new car! But when it comes to servicing (and this is my first service) they are awful, arrogant and rude. To have your car serviced be prepared to wait at least 6 weeks for them to fit you in. I would avoid this garage and if I had the choice again would definitely buy another Lexus as service and build quality is excellent I think this garage needs to take a leaf out their book
