Last week we were looking for a Ford Kuga. After a visit to Lookers Ford in Leeds. Matthew Hawley showed us a car on line that would suit us but it was in Stockport. He gave us as much info as possible and showed us round a similar car. Today we went to see the car that Matthew had had transferred to his branch. We were given the option of a very long test drive (most of the day). But we didn’t need that long to know it was the car for us. Back to Matthew to do the paperwork and the car was ours. Matthew spent a long time going through everything and answering all our questions over a cuppa (he even remembered how we liked our drinks from last week). He then sat in the car going through the dashboard etc. Cannot fault his sales manner, a pleasure to deal with. We even got a call before he finished for the day to check we got home ok and that we were happy with the car and to call in if we have any queries. We would definitely recommend Matthew Hawley and Lookers Ford in Leeds
