Terrible communication, even before buying!!!!
Do not like giving negative reviews but when it matters it has to be done, I have been in contact with Mo at Riviera for over a week regarding a vehicle for sale. firstly communication is not good enough, simple as that, and this is even before buying a car, reading other reviews states this. Sent me a video showing me a car within 3 minutes, buying from distance, again this isn't good enough. Best part though I gave him at least 3-4 days notice of me travelling to see the car from Cornwall which would take 7 hours, told me the car wouldn't be ready and prepped, fair enough, was then having a word with some Richard guy, and never got back to me to inform me that the car possibly be ready for me to drive away within 1-2 days, and I'm still waiting, really good job I didn't travel. Don't be a fool like me and wait on these, I'm lucky I believe dodging a bullet on this occasion, and will happily now buy from a main dealer, who's communication by the way, is far superior to this guy. And the other thing is they offer a warranty, that is absolute garbage, the company are appalling. My advice is to buy elsewhere, read their reviews, which has made me confirm to myself I have made the correct choice in avoiding them.
Further to their incredibly inaccurate response, which is nothing more than petty due to myself leaving a review on the basis of my findings, Mo did not send a video of over 11 minutes so BS. I simply asked on the Saturday about coming up on the Tuesday, so in fairness you had notice, in fact as I did a check on one of the cars on my app called "know your car" and I had a notification that the mot had passed on the Sunday, plenty of notice for me to come up and look at the cars, I even said I would not drive one away until the following day, MO CLEARLY SAID I WILL CHAT TO RICHARD THE SALES DIRECTOR, WHICH HE DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME WITH A DEFINITIVE ANSWER, so good job I didn't spend said 7 hours driving isn't it. People need to know of how this car dealership is run, even before buying the car. I HAVE WHATSAPP MESSAGES SHOWING CLEARLY THE LONG DURATION OF MESSAGES BEING REPLIED TO, AND NOT EVEN AT ALL. I will leave with this, My main dealer at Sytner Newport can verify when and what time I was receiving messages from their impeccable sales representative, outside of office hours, and even on days off, such as today, they have gone above and beyond, yet I still gave you a chance as I did like the cars you stock, but again, I have for sure dodged a bullet and live to tell this tale. Funny how as soon as I left the review, guess what folks???????? I got a message from Riviera!!!!!! Stay away, is all I'll say!!!!!

ABSOLUTE BS, MO READ ABOVE WHEN MO WAS TALKING TO RICHARD, HE NEVER REPLIED, ABSOLUTE GARBAGE OF A COMPANY STAY THE HELL AWAY, VERY PETTY AND PATHETIC. AND ABSOLUTE LIARS, READ OTHER REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS, SAYS IT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
