Me and my wife brought a 2010 vw golf from Iver autos in November 2015, we took it for a service at our local vow dealer and they told us it needed £7000 to sort everything that was wrong with the vehicle! As we were within our 30 days we rejected the car and asked for a full refund. They asked if they could have the car to run diagnostics on it to make sure what we were saying was true. They had it 3 days and told us nothing... Then on the fourth we saw it on their website for sale WITH FULL MAIN DEALER SERVICE. And for more than we paid for it... It took us over a month to get our money back and we we're stuck with only one car! One employee told us one thing and another told us something else... We eventually said enough was enough and we were going to court. Then they agreed to give us our money back minus £400! We accepted as we desperately needed another car! Awful place! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE WITHOUT READING REVIEWS FIRST!
