Impeccable customer service from Nick!

If I could give Nick 15 stars I would! He is the best car dealer I have ever bought from, and in my time I have dealt with quite a few! He was literally fantastic, right from the first phone call up until driving it away. I first went to view the car by myself and thought it was brilliant, so I asked Nick if he could hold the car for me, so I could bring my wife for a look around too....She loved it! He was so kind and really took care of her. My wife can be quite nervous when dealing with men, however, Nick made her feel at ease and comfortable in his presence. I cannot fault a single thing about the X-trail or the customer service that me and my wife received, it was impeccable!
