Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Sold a faulty car and trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. They are more than happy to take your money but will pull every trick in the book to avoid giving it back to you. They even argued that a faulty car does not constitute ‘poor quality’ under the Consumer Rights Act. Communication is poor and often condescending and with a threatening undertone. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
