Puncture repair kit missing

We purchased a 2017 Suzuki Baleno from Read Suzuki in Grimsby on Friday 7th October 2022. When we returned home, we discovered that the puncture repair kit was missing from the spare wheel space in the boot. I contacted the sales people who stated that they would send a repair kit for the car. By Sunday 16th October it had not arrived. We feel that it is essential to carry such a kit, but clearly Read Suzuki do not seem that concerned. Good at taking your money, but seem to have no concern about after sales responsibility.
