Terrible service

Purchased a BMW X1 from this outfit, it was an internet sale so was dependant on the description of the salesman (Matthew Hawley) being accurate, unfortunately he completely lied to us, and was clearly only interested in a quick buck from the sale. The condition of the vehicle was nothing short of a joke, it needed a complete front bumper respray (agreed by the Business Manager Toseef) along with various other smart repairs, it also smelt of dog, and there were small white dog hairs throughout the vehicle. We had a 150 mile round trip before we walked away, which was a complete waste of time. I was also put through an aggressive 80’s style hard sell on gap/finance/insurance products by Matthew, completely unprofessional. I simply cannot believe Lookers allow a site to be ran in such a way. Avoid this place!!
