VERY VERY POOR!!! STAY AWAY!!

Well where to start with this place? I bought a M2 from them a few weeks ago. Communication was horrendous, they didn't answer any phone calls or texts and was very rude when they did! I should have walked at this point but i loved the car so forced a sale through after it felt like they didn't want to sell the car. When i arrived at the industrial estate the unit it had no signs and felt extremely unprofessional. There was cars all over the place and equipment just left around, a real mess! The car wasn't prepared correctly, it was a little dirty and had some marks all inside. No attention give to it what so ever. There was a mark on the door that they agreed to do while i was there. Paid the deposit and was told there you go, theres the keys! I had to ask them to tax it as they said "we just let customers decide what they want to do" A CAR MUST BE TAXED TO DRIVE AWAY!! Jumped in the car, 7 miles remaining. They laughed and said you'll get to the fuel station don't worry! Not what you expect when buying a £45k+ vehicle. Now i've been trying to get hold of them all week to sort the logbook as the DVLA have had no notification that a new owner has been issued - Called 8 times this week and left voicemails to no response again. My partner has bought a car since and all the logbook and dvla email was received within days! All i can say is STAY AWAY - SHAMBLES!
