Terrible company. Terrible management

Avoid at all costs! Bought a car from this place 3 and a half weeks ago. Was told it would be ready in a week so I sold my old car and had to use Public transport for 2 and a half weeks. Was told by a sales team member that management knew about it and weren’t happy with the situation either, turns out once I EVENTUALLY spoke to general manager he knew nothing about it and agreed the communication has been more than poor on this occasion and he’d phone me back. He never did, he sent an email unaddressed then continued to argue with me over the phone saying “that’s not his fault” I forgot his name etc. told me I couldn’t speak to anyone higher up than him. Also- they passed my cars mot but then needed it to be fitted with a major brake cyclinder even though the mot was passed and not wrote as an advisory. The mot it passed before hand had a huge list of advisories and failures from the last test and the things they found in the new mot meant it should have never passed the first MOT it had- thankfully I’d asked for a 12 month mot on it and our problems just increased from after that. Also the sales rep who sold me the car left the company the day he sold me it and promised me more than they’d have been able to give. Also nobody wants to help me with contacting the director who I’d like to speak to regarding their general managers behavior- general manager name is Craig.
