Shocking communication

Solda car via carwow, had a couple of calls from Sherwoods trying to arrange collection, asked if i could do tomorrow, I said only if you can give me a time as I'm at work. I didn't receive a call back that day but received a text a 7.30 the following morning saying the driver for collection is 1 hour away. I then had to book a half days holiday at work with 0 notice. The driver arrived on time and after a short look around the car he said he had to complete paperwork and that he would give me a knock once it was complete. After 15 minutes he drove off without informing me of anything. I had to ring Sherwoods to ask what was going on, Apparently the car was in worse condition thna the appraisal which is absolutely nonsense. The car hasn't moved, all images of the car show everything, some stone chips and small dint on the wing. I'm still waiting for my callback now, I've had nothing. Just received another message from carwow saying Sherwoods have booked another collection for today! what a joke, 0 Notice. I have now cancelled the sale and relisted the car. wouldn't sell my shoes to these cowboys.
