Euronet are amazing, i purchased a car from them, from the initial phone call to WhatsApp messages giving me all the information i asked for, sent me a video of the car as well, after 3 months i had an issue with a noise coming from underneath, it was the shock absorbers, the warranty company put it down to wear and tear. I rang Sam and explained the situation. My husband had just lost his job and we just couldn’t afford to pay for the repair. As an amazing gesture of goodwill he offered to pay for the repair in full, i was not expecting this and it has restored my faith in people. I will definitely be using them again.
