Incompetent reception staff. Incompetent technicians, for coaxing me into spending money that I did not need to. Repeated insults to me by lying and attempting to fob me off. Actively (and childishly) attempting to stop me escalating my complaint by refusing to give me the details of anyone further up the chain. A complete disregard of interest and no attempt to investigate why I have been given the wrong information about something as important as the failing brakes on my car.
