Disgusted

I had two vehicles booked in here on a Monday and Saturday morning I received a very abrupt call from a lady telling me that they refused to do the job on either van and would not be doing any work for me in the future. The reason one of my vans was going into them was I had some previous work done sealing my van and when I checked the roof they had not completed the work, so I obviously called them and they arranged to have it back to complete, they also caused scratching to my van on a previous occasion which they said they would order a pen in to go over the scratches at their expense then they changed it to me having to pay £16 then when I travelled up there approximately 20miles they told me it was £36. I had previous work done with this company which had to go back and be sorted also as they didn’t complete it to the agreed spec. The lady was very aggressive and rude on the phone. I called them back and requested a refund for the incomplete work which they did honour. The lady then decided to change her reasons and told me that they wouldn’t do the job quoted as the prices had gone up and they couldn’t do the jobs at the agreed price. I was not given an option to have the work done at a different rate and she kept asking me who I knew on her staff. I do not know any of the staff personally I just wanted the job done as it should have been in the first place. I was left completely dumbfounded by the attitude and incompetence of this company and will never go there again or Recommend them to anyone else.
