Disappointing

Motor 4 U sold us a faulty BMW 435i with serious engine faults that showed only 2 days after owning the vehicle. The diagnostics show that the engine faults were cleared from the iDrive prior to being sold to us. Motor 4 U claimed the BMW was serviced prior to it being sold to us, but the oil warning light that came on the dash on day 2 of owning the vehicle says otherwise. Motor 4 U claimed the BMW passed an MOT prior to it being sold to us, the BMW had engine faults relating to emissions on diagnostics. The BMW (reg YE63 BVS) needs a full engine work up, it needs stripping to find the serious faults and possibly new components adding. We were quoted a minimum of £2k to fix - not the fix I want after owning the car for 2 days. Alex assured us the vehicle was in full working order with no faults showing before us purchasing the car. Despite accepting the car back, Pasha and his team were rude, refused to accept responsibility and showed no signs of remorse. Accepting a faulty car back you sold for £13k is the absolute bare minimum a dealership should be offering. We have had no apology from them whatsoever. Their communication is appalling. What a waste of time, money and stress Pasha and team have caused us. Even the collection driver couldn’t believe we were expected to pay return costs for a dodgy car. You will have a hard time getting a refund. Do not buy from this dealership and do not put your trust in them. Typical dodgy, pushy sales folk!
