Absolutely shocking treatment

I could not believe how rude and unwilling to help this garage is. If you need help then DO NOT go here they don't care about you one bit Had an issue that needed a certain tool that they had and I couldn't find anywhere, it would have took them 15 seconds to do the job but tried to make me wait 3 weeks without a car.... One of the mechanics came to help which was brilliant but he was told not he wasn't allowed to even though he had no work for the next hour and it was literally a 15 second task and had to turn around how absolutely disgraceful.
