Buyer beware

Having purchased a van for £8000,and then the engine turbo broke, the van was returned under the warranty. 3 weeks later they have still NOT repaired the van and I am constantly chasing them for updates. Either they are waiting for me to go away, or the constant excuse of “ we are getting a specialist” is false. Buyer beware. I do not recommend as they clearly just want the sale without any after service Van purchased on 24th June 2022. Turbo broke 10th September. AA recovered on 11th September. 25days has elapsed, van not repaired or returned. Warranty not honoured Still waiting…. And to top it the workshop manager tells me the warranty has run out. Its been sitting in their yard for 3 weeks during the warranty period without anyone caring to look at it.. . Shame they done care about the customer.
