Chandlers employee crashed my car

WITHOUT PREJUDICE. My car went in for a coolant leak repair, technician took for a "test drive", crashed and wrote the car off, car was then recovered by the police. Technician assured the dealership he wasn't speeding (look at the pictures) Insurance only paid out "market value" not "replacement value" and I was unable to replace my car "like for like" which is all I asked. They supplied a hire car (after BMW UK intervened after I contacted them) until I had no option but to accept the insurers value. Now thousands out of pocket to replace my car through no fault of my own, but felt like it was actually my fault, causing stress and sleepless nights. Chandlers washed their hands of it saying they resolved the situation, which they did not. Chandlers offered no compensation. BMW UK offered £1500 off any car on BMW forecourts Never received official apology Very poor indeed.
