Avoid at all costs

I went to look at a vehicle this company had for sale Advertised eith an electric deplorable tow bar, after travelling 2 hours, we find the tow bar has been removed from the vehicle. This was a set back, but I was still interested. In the advert it stated the timing belts had been replaced, when test driving I asked to see the receipt for this work and was told they are waiting for the invoice to come back from the garage who fitted the timing belts, they promised to send this on to me when it arrived. It never arrived and now I have to spend out £700 to get the belts changed as they have not been done. The tow bar cost me £650 to replace. Advertised with full history, it does not have full history. I have contacted this company many times asking for my proof of belt changes ans now being ignored. After paying for the car, I get a piece of paper put in front of me saying I was buying the vehicle as spares or repairs with no warranty, not what was advertised. It was a full functioning vehicle with MOT and no faults so no reason to sell as spares or repairs, this is just a way for them to get out of giving you a warranty on the vehicle which is against the law in this country. These are the facts from buying from this company. I have given them a fair chance to resolve the issue but they are not interested. I would not purchase another vehicle from this company. I have the advert and can highlight countless faults with it regarding the description on the vehicle.
