Poor Service

Please read this when looking to buy from N.W Car Specialists based in Bolton. Recently me and my mum drove over 3 hours to see a car from here. On arrival we noticed a big scratch on it that wasnt mentioned pre my driving over. We did end up in a debate with them about this. There was a man called Nick who dealt with us and I found him to be very very rude, never have i been spoken to in such a manner and my mother too. We have called them since about an issue that needed sorting, my mum had the phone put down on her twice again by this salesman so we have ended up giving up on them. I really wouldnt recommend them.
