Alex Cochrane answered my initial questions clearly. I then went for a test drive in the plug in hybrid Tuscon. A week later after making my mind up Alex responded with a competitive deal. We completed the paperwork today. Throughout the process Alex has been knowledgable, clear and customer focused. At no time have I felt rushed. Looking forward to my new car.
