I bought my car from Royal Car Palace, via the Autotrader website on 12th Dec 15, my payment was made to S.Pirzada. My car is unroadworthy as the airbags have been removed by RCP and then the wiring modified to fool the onboard computer. They dont answer the phone once you complain and they dont respond to letters either. I state again, i bought my car from ROYAL CAR PALACE. If they are nothing to do with VK Motor State, why have they adopted their business model of ignoring complaints? Avoid at all costs.
