A room for improvement
Approved section- the customer care most likely need some improvement. After the appointment was arranged, The vehicle wasn’t prepared, many scratches, stripped off the floor mats… we were told that once we pay for the car, the valeting will be made. The floor mats might be arranged…. . Upon dealing with the salesman Neil, we have been told that he will call us the next day- that didn’t happen. I’ve called them finding that Neil is busy at the moment. I’ve asked for a call back- never happened. Very disappointed. The experience in all, looked like- It is what it is, take it or leave it. Overall a benefit for us as we’ve bought so much better Mazda car with so much better experience.
