Took the deposit, refused refund.

I paid a deposit on the understanding that it was returnable, if I did not want the car, Mike, the owner said it would be MOT and ready for collection following Monday, was not ready 2 weeks after that date after the car suffered a series of faults and was not available to collect. They said it was not their fault it was in a poor condition and I should have waited. £100 lost to a rogue dealer.
