Do not use this company

I crashed my car in December 2021 and used these to buy a new one, I bought a Ford Fiesta from elm tree garage. The person who sold me my car reassured my that it would have no problems and would be 100% safe to drive and went on to tell me how he lost his daughter due to a car accident. Within the first week my clutch went, I took it back to them which resulted in them keeping my car for 5 days. When I went to pick it up it had a big dint in the side which they denied doing and told me it was like that when I bought it. The next week the window stopped working, I was then told my warranty didn’t cover this. My Ariel was not put on properly which was causing water to fill up in my light and everytime I turned the water was coming out, which I had to get my dad to sort out as they were not bothered to fix this. The car has been nothing but problems too me. 7 month later my full power steering has gone, I think this is a terrible service which only cares about the money and not there customers. I’m a 22 year old girl who hasn’t even been driving a year yet! Please do not use elm tree garage!
