Poorly run

Bought a 3 year old BMW (ex Motability vehicle) can’t fault the car at all but the car dealers are shoddy, I explained from the beginning I want nothing added on and to my amazement and rage they added everything from alloy wheel and tyre cover, dealer guarantee and guardX. When I confronted them they advised me the guardX was complimentary so no charge but on my contract it states what extras are to be paid for under LOAN. I was armed to take the car back because it was under 14 days but they reassured me I will get a refund for the LOAN amount, I got a refund but that’s missing the guardX that I still have to pay for. Steer clear of this garage or any Vauxhall dealer they like scamming people and clearly so it’s been on the news and in papers
