Dreadful experience when collecting new

Had a dreadful experience when collecting new car - had to wait 20 minutes to be seen and then car was not ready and had to be cleaned. Then discovered that it had been driven from another dealership so had more miles on the clock than it should for a new car. Interest rate buried deep in the paperwork and at no stage brought to my attention. Management very unresponsive when trying to resolve the situation. Audi cars are great but take your business elsewhere
